Proudentall

Proudentall were an emo/indie rock band formed in winter of 1995 in Kansas City, Missouri, and also based in Lawrence, Kansas. After recording a demo with Anthony Ladesich, the group played their first show at Kansas City venue the Daily Grind with The Get Up Kids, Boys Life, and Karate in June of 1996. In July, they recorded a small-run, seven-song demo tape at Egoless Recordings in Lawrence. Initially founded as a fourpiece, the group operated as a trio while second guitarist Clay Zimmerman was away for college. After recording a 7", a full-length, and going through lineup changes, the group eventually dissolved in 2002 after regional touring. A digital compilation of older recordings was released by the band in 2022.
