Basildon-born QBoy started his career as editor of on-line magazine & community gayhiphop.com and went on to promote and DJ at Pac-Man, the UK’s only gay hip-hop club. As a founder member of gay hip-hop collective Q-Fam, he toured Gay Pride festivals during summer 2003 due to demand after being the cover star of the Pink Paper.
