American country music singer and songwriter Ray Fulcher moved to Nashville from the small town of Harlem, Georgia. He is both an artist and songwriter who has been able to find success in both realms. He is known for co-writing the multi-week No.1 single “When It Rains It Pours” from country artist Luke Combs’ debut record, This One’s For You. Ray’s name can be found on seven other songs from that record, along with nine songs on Luke's deluxe album, What You See Ain't Always What You Get, including No. 1 singles "Even Though I'm Leaving," "Does To Me" featuring Eric Church, and "Lovin' On You.” Luke Combs’ most recent single “Tomorrow Me,” was also co-written by Fulcher, Luke Combs, and the infamous Dean Dillon. Aside from his success with Combs, Ray has penned songs with artists such as Zac Brown Band, Riley Green, Tenille Arts, Kameron Marlowe and Elvie Shane, to name a few. In 2021, Ray rang in the new year with the signing of his first record deal with Black River Entertainment. His debut album, Spray Painted Line, which includes his popular singles “All Gas No Brakes,” and “Girl In It,” can be found on all major music platforms. Most recently, Ray has released a new mix of a crowd favorite, “Anything Like You Dance” as his current radio single. He is published by both River House Artists and Universal Music Publishing Group. When Ray isn't writing songs or touring the country, he's probably writing more songs, hunting, or deciding which free hat he should wear that day.
