Ricky Paquette

Canadian guitarist Ricky Paquette was born in Ottawa and raised in Gatineau. He was nine years old when he picked up the instrument, and at only 12 years old, the young guitar prodigy signed his first record deal ....making waves on the blues, jazz and rock stages across the province ever since. His great musical maturity and two first albums allowed him to open for Canadian and international artists such as CCR, Simple Plan, Buddy Guy and Frank Marino. More recently, he's joined Canadian rock band The Sheepdogs as lead guitarist (replacing Jimmy Bowskill).
