Marcus Uzilevsky aka Rusty Evans was a pioneer of psychedelic music with The Deep & The Freak Scene. Born in New York City in 1937, died on 5 December 2015 in Woodacre, California. In 1965 he was also briefly part of the The New Christy Minstrels as Rusty Evans. Worked with The Rock-A-Billys as Rusty Evans And His Rock-A-Billys.
