Sal Y Mileto

Group from Ecuador, formed during 1994 in Latacunga as an experiment by the poet Peky Andino and the musicians Paúl Segovia (guitar and vocals), Igor Icaza (drums), Cesar Albarracín (bass and transverse flute), Victor Narvaez (electroacoustic guitar) and Jorge Luis Rosero (percussion).

Sal Y Mileto is the name of the band to identify the two proposals together that the project put on the scene: music and poetry. "Sal" represents music and comes from the name of the indigenous novel by Cuencano writer Humberto Mata and "Mileto" represents poetry and comes from the city of Greece from which Tales comes from.
