Second Voice

The story of Second Voice starts in the year 1985. Back then, in the city of Goslar/Harz, Guido Fricke (keyboards) and [a2170350] (keyboards & guitar) joined up to form an experimental electronic group. Shortly after, Thomas Franzmann joined the band as singer. In 1987, keyboardist [a17585628] replaced Ingo Weihe, who left the band for personal reasons.

The band continued to develop and progress from the time of their first demo tape "Trog" (1986) and throughout their following tapes "[url=https://www.discogs.com/release/2949704-Second-Voice-Restlessness]Restlessness[/url]" (1987), "[url=https://www.discogs.com/release/2837773-Second-Voice-Perpetuate]Perpetuate[/url]" (1988) and "[url=https://www.discogs.com/release/2837782-Second-Voice-A-Strange-Days-DAWN]A Strange Day’s D.A.W.N.[/url]" (1989).

An appearance as support act for Vomito Negro and the positive support from the trendy magazine New Life (Switzerland) helped bring about a friendship with Carlos Peron (Ex Yello-member).

Thomas Franzmann worked under the pseudonym [a102513] by singing parts for Bigod 20 (project by Talla 2XLC).
