Comprising mainly of former members of Acrimony, Sigiriya was formed in 2008. The band released their first full length album, 'Return To Earth' through Church Within Records in 2011.
Original singer Dorian Walters ws replaced in 2013 by [a=Matt Williams (20)] and released their second album 'Darkness Died Today' in 2014.
In 2020, drummer Darren Ivey was replaced by Rhys David Miles and the band released their third full length album, 'Maiden Mother Crone' through Burning World Records.
