Finnish jazz trumpeter, born on December 16, 1956 in Helsinki, Finland and died on March 3, 2014 in Helsinki, Finland. He started his career in 1970's and has played in several Finnish jazz orchestras since, such as Tapiola Big Band, Paradise and UMO.

In 1978 he moved to the United States, where he played in Buddy Rich Big Band and with Eddie Palmieri and Machito among others. In 1983 he returned to Finland.
