    English conductor, specialized in choir music (born in London, 1958). Halsey has worked with orchestras and choirs all over the world, from 2001 to 2015 was the leader of the Rundfunkchor Berlin. Since season 2016-2017 he is the Artistic Director of the chorusses of Palau De La Música Catalana, in Barcelona, and the Chorus Master of Orfeó Català. He is a founding member of the choir European Voices
