Stanley Manthyng

The unlikely-named Stanley Manthyng was the vocalist and song-writer for early 90's New Zealand pop-goth group World Gone Wild.

In the early 90's he fronted Lovegang, a six piece disco funk party band that had a solid local following; touring the country and playing shows with The Managers, Nonoxynol-9 and others. He resurfaced several years later as a presenter on TVNZ's Queer Nation series, and disappeared with little trace once again. 2010 saw him release an album on itunes.
