About

Syndrome was a gothic/visual rock band from Osaka, Japan. Formed by Kisaki and Ruiza on January 16th, 2000, they debuted with a secret live performance at Shibuya O-West on March 11th. Guitarist 健一 and vocalist 龍夜 left the band on June 10th 2001 and were replaced by Asaki and [a=Sin (26)].
The live debut of the new lineup took place at On Air Osaka on August 20th. In late 2002 Kisaki announced that he would suspend all his activities due to his bad health, and Syndrome disbanded after a oneman gig at On Air Osaka on November 18th 2002.
Later Asagi, Ruiza and [a=Sin (26)] formed a new band called [a=D (18)], while 紫音 joined Shelly Trip Realize. Kisaki would eventually come back to the music scene in Summer 2004 with a solo project.
