Tédio Boys was a Portuguese rock'n'roll group from Coimbra, their music was fusion of psychobilly, punk and surf, their name was due to boredom they felt living in Coimbra, they were formed around 1989 by Toni Fortuna on vocals, Paulo Furtado aka [a=King Cake] and Victor Torpedo on guitars, with Sérgio Cardoso on bass and Nito on drums, three of it's members, Toni, Sérgio and Nito were part of the party-rock group [a=M'as Foice], Sérgio left shortly after and was replaced by André Ribeiro, Nito left in 1991 and was replaced by Carlos Mendes aka Kaló, they released their first album "Porkabilly Psychosis!!!" in 1994 by the Portuguese indie label Numérica, the group continued to tour the country and even performing at "Queima das Fitas" (Ribbon Burning) festivities in Coimbra 1995, the following year the group released their second album "Outer Space Shit!!!" via Elevator Music an American label run by Fernando Pinto, a Portuguese club owner and concert promoter residing in the states, which lead to 3 tours in that country, including a performance at the Joey Ramone Birthday Bash at the CBGB's in 1997. Their third album "Bad Trip" was released in 1998 once again by Elevator Music, in 1999 André left the group and in 2000 the group gave their last concert with Pedro Chau on bass duties, a posthumous album titled "Pussy Nest" was released in 2008, but only digitally.

After the group ended Paulo Furtado and Kaló formed Wraygunn, Paulo Furtado also created his solo project [a=The Legendary Tigerman], Torpedo and Chau went to live in England and later formed [a=The Parkinsons] and Toni Fortuna created D3O.
