    Swedish singer and songwriter, born August 10, 1972 in Höllviken.


    She started singing in gospel choirs at the age of nine and has since drawn inspiration from soul, jazz and R&B. Teresa Pozgaj has appeared as lead and chorus singer behind a variety of artists, perhaps mainly as a guest singer for the Swedish hip-hop and soul group Prominent and Danish Michael Learns to Rock. She was also included as a singer in the Malmö-based house act Physics. In 2003 she released the solo album Out of bounce.

    Teresa is related to the singer Christina Nilsson, the national fiddler and former Skåne Spelmansförbund's music director Carl-Erik Berndt and composer and Kapellmeister Gert Willy Berndt.
