The Big Ben Banjo Band

A British studio band usually led by arranger/producer, Norrie Paramor, best known for his work with Cliff Richard & The Shadows. Big Ben Banjo Band recordings began appearing on the Columbia label in the United Kingdom and on Capitol in North America in the late 1950s. Paramor was also behind a Hawaiian-themed group dubbed the Big Ben Hawaiian Band.
