The Deddingtons were four lads from Nottingham, who spent a couple of halcyon summers writing and recording jingly pop. Despite best efforts and having been courted by major labels, success eluded them. They leave a small clutch of twee-pop classics as their legacy. They also had nothing to do with Leamington Spa. The line up was: Vox: Chris King, went onto form The Days. Now the kingpin in The Legendary Hearts; Lead Guitar: Matt Wright, went onto form The Days. Bass: Chris Morgan (went on to be bassist with Derby greats, Saltbox now recording as Reporters); Drums: Andy Luczko (ex of The Losers, playing currently with Happy Hour).
