UK-based electroclash band formed by three former Psychic TV members - Andy Chatterley (Yum Yum), Richard Norris (The Grid) and Matthew Best (aka DJ Global) - who got together via a now defunct web site called twentythree.co.uk (not the fish and chips site currently at that address). They were joined by singer Natalie Casey and producer John Taylor on keyboards. Andy and Richard also run God Made Me Hardcore Records.
The band went on hiatus towards the end of 2003, with Andy starting up a new band, Demeter, and Richard working with Dave Ball once again as The Grid. The band returned to the stage in November 2004 with a gig in London's Electrogogo club, slimmed down to a two-piece of Andy and Richard and playing a very different style of music in more of an ambient/electro vein.
Now defunct with Richard working once again with Dave Ball as Misty & The GDM and Andy focussing on Demeter.
