Originally called The Living Room the band changed their name due to Alan McGee's club of the same name. The band split up on 24 June 1985 after performing at the Hammersmith Palais. Astor/Morgan went on to form The Weather Prophets, Prince formed The Wishing Stones and Strickland The Caretaker Race
