    The Nolans

    Pop act consisting of a group of sisters. All sisters were originally part of an Irish family singing group, undefined. The family moved from Ireland to Blackpool in 1962. In 1974, several of the female family members were signed as "The Nolan Sisters". This name was used until 1979, after which they became "The Nolans". The group disbanded in 2005, but reunited briefly in 2009 for a UK tour.
