The Radios

About

Belgian pop-rock band. It was founded in 1988 as a collaboration between Bart Peeters, Jan Leyers and Paul Michiels under the name "Bart Peeters & De Radio's". The group released one single but soon after Leyers and Michiels chose to focus on their own band Soulsister and were replaced by the brothers Ronny Mosuse and Robert Mosuse. In 1990 the trio was joined by guitarist Dany Lademacher, keyboardist Alain Van Zeveren and drummer Marc Bonne and the band name was changed to "The Radios". In 1993 Ronny left to focus on his solo career and was replaced by the Dutch singers Maureen Alberg and Loraine Kammeron. The new line-up released one more album but couldn't match its previous successes. The Radios played their last concert in October 1994 before disbanding.
