The Schoolboys

Jamaican vocal duo comprised of a young Jacob Miller and a guy called Stephen Brown who recorded four tracks in 1968: "Oh Tell Me" and "Guilty Of Love (Love Is a Message)" for producer Bunny Lee, as well as "Do it Now" and "Don't Blame the Children." which did not see release until 1970 in the UK. "Love Is A Message" is an early reggae update of [r2857362] that Jacob cut for Coxson Dodd earlier the same year.

Do not confuse with ska group [a=the schoolboys (2)] formed by Winston "Pipe" Matthews and Colin Johnson in the early 1960's.
