The Wipeouters

Surf Rock group formed by [A=Mark Mothersbaugh] in 1999 to create the theme song for the animated show 'Rocket Power.' In 2001 [L=Casual Tonalities] released The Wipeouter's only album, primarily written by Mark with additional songs by [A=Bob Mothersbaugh] and [A=Josh Mancell]. Being made up of 3/4 [A=DEVO] members, The Wipeouters is often considered a spin-off, or even an alias, of Devo, and in 2006, the group was rebranded as 'DEVO's Wipeouters'. [A=Gerald Casale], also of DEVO, co-wrote the song 'Luna Goona Park', but is credited as a guest performer instead of a full-time member.
