Tom Snowdon

Hailing from Mparntwe/Alice Springs in Central Australia, singer and multi-instrumentalist Tom Snowdon (of No Mono and Lowlakes) has always drawn inspiration from the physical space around him. His music, featured across several acclaimed Australian releases and in the world of contemporary dance, is dramatic and richly emotional, and punctuated by his otherworldly voice, reflects the beauty and harshness of his desert home. From angelic falsetto to husky baritone, Snowdon uses his voice as an instrument in minimal compositions, inviting us to explore the emotional world within. In 2020 Snowdon released the first taste of his solo work with the covers EP Channel. 2022 has seen him return to performing live and releasing new original works.
