Trazan & Banarne

Swedish TV series for children that was broadcast on Sveriges Television for several seasons, starting with ten episodes at Christmas 1976.

The first series - Trazan Apansson – julens konung - was part of SVT's Christmas morning program. The title characters were played by Lasse Åberg (Trazan) and Klasse Möllberg (Banarne). The series is a variety show-like program, where short sketches are interspersed with musical elements and dramatic scenes. The episodes from 1976–1978 are no longer available in SVT's archive after the original tapes were accidentally overdubbed and reused. In 1980, a new TV series was made with Trazan & Banarne together with the Electric Banana Band. Trazan & Banarne have also recorded several records, some of them together with the Electric Banana Band.
