Vértice featured ace guitar hero Max Sunyer (Tapiman, Iceberg, Pegasus...) and the members of Los Go-Go, including soulfoul vocalist Jordi Querol. They were signed to Diábolo, the seminal progressive music label from Barcelona that also issued the early recordings by Màquina!, Agua de Regaliz (later to change their name to Pan & Regaliz), Gualberto, Smash, Nuevos Tiempos, a.o.
