Walk The Moon

Walk The Moon are an American dance-rock and synth-pop band from Cincinnati, Ohio, formed in 2006. Led by vocalist and keyboardist Nicholas Petricca, alongside bassist Kevin Ray, guitarist Eli Maiman, and drummer Sean Kiely, the band combines upbeat, disco-influenced rhythm with indie rock sensibility and electronic production, creating music designed to be both intellectually interesting and broadly danceable. Walk the Moon (2012), their self-titled debut, and Anna Sun (2014) EP introduced their sound — an enthusiastic, energetic approach to pop-rock that drew comparisons to bands including Franz Ferdinand and LCD Soundsystem. Talking Is Hard (2015), their breakthrough album, featured the hit single Anna Sun and reached the top 10 on alternative radio charts.
