We're Not Friends Anymore

We're Not Friends Anymore (commonly abbreviated as WNFA) was a post-hardcore band from Stockton, CA, United States, active from 2006 to 2012.

The band formed circa 2006 following the breakup of Bay Area emo band My Unsaid Everything. After releasing demos on Myspace and Purevolume, WNFA self-released their first EP [r=28989118] in Summer 2009 featuring Marcus (Common Crooks) on clean vocals. By Fall 2010, they followed it up with their second EP, [r=28989073], with Mariano Lopez providing clean vocals.

In 2007, WFNA won the chance to play a date on the 2007 Warped Tour. The band has been featured in newspaper/magazine articles and has won many battle of the band competitions.

The band's lineup shifted many times throughout its existence, and the core members are believed to be guitarist Alejandro Casillas, guitarist Dominic Sacco, and drummer Anthony Hampton, with the band's most recognized work featuring Mariano Lopez on clean vocals and Michael Cast on harsh vocals. After their breakup in 2012, Lopez, Casillas, and drummer Cary Daughters formed [a=Deities (3)]. Lopez additionally was the lead vocalist for [a=ARTCLS] from 2014 to 2016. Other members pursued projects including We as Heroes and Common Crooks (formerly In Oceans).
