    Techno and trance DJ, currently based in Newport, UK. In the winter 1976, Xavier Morel went with his family to a winter amusement fair and won a prize at the lottery. It was the "Radio Actvity" single by Kraftwerk and since then, he became deeply attracted to electronic music. He started his career by mixing in 1988 for several private parties in London and the suburbs for about 2 years and played at the Kho Pangan 1990 New Year party. Afterwards, he went to Japan and worked every weekend as a resident DJ at the Razzle Dazzle. Therefore, he started a professional career as an international DJ. Since the beginning of the 90s, Xavier Morel has played all around Europe, Asia (mainly Japan), Australia, USA and South America. Japan has always been his favorite country for mixing. He has developed an extensive knowledge and a genuine technique. In 1994, He worked as a label manager with Simon Gahary (Blue Room A&R) and for Sony Music France and he has been responsible for developing a techno branch for the account of Solstice Music International. Since 1995, Xavier Morel has also produced several tracks on various projects.
