Yasutaka Nakata is a prolific Japanese producer from Ishikawa, Japan.

His main project is his own group, Capsule, that debuted in 2001. He launched his own label, Contemode in 2003 and was known as a Shibuya-kei producer, before he moved towards electro pop. As an electro pop producer and composer, he is mostly known for his work with Perfume and きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ, but he also worked with many other well-known Japanese pop acts.
