About

Serbian rock band formed in Fall 1970 in former Yugoslavia as "Idejni posed". On November 29, 1970, at the club "Sinagoga" in Zemun, DJ Zoran Modli organised voting for the band name. Miroslav Stanivuk, one of the concert visitors, wrote the "YU Grupa" on the paper. Group was disbanded at the end of 1981 after their van caught fire, but reformed in 1987. They are still concert active nowadays, but rarely record new material.
