She has been active in the reggae, house, soul and jazz genres. in 1993 she reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Dance Chart with the Arizona track Slide On The Rhythm, and had two chart hits in the UK. She has sung with artists including Tom Jones, Phil Collins, Robbie Williams, Eikichi Yazawa and Johnny Hallyday. More recently she has released two jazz albums. She currently lives and works in London.
