Alias Empire are an alternative electronic band based in Dublin Ireland. Formed in 2002, the band consists of - Kevin Littlewood, - Phil Porter and - Stuart Flood. They were previously known as Dry County and under that name released the Choice Music Prize nominated Unexpected Falls in 2007. The band changed their name in 2008 and re-released Unexpected Falls in new packaging with different artwork reflecting the new band image. In 2013 Alias Empire released their second album Safety in Numbers to positive reviews, Dan Hegarty of RTE saying 'the tracks on this album have the potential to be immense live'. This album was a move away from the lo-fi electronic sound of Unexpected Falls towards a bigger, bolder, in your face brand of indie electronica. Alias Empire released their third album Focus in July 2015.
