Fist is a heavy metal band from South Shields, North East England, England, United Kingdom, that was formed in 1978 under the name Axe. In 1979, the band changed its name to Fist. The band was part of the NWOBHM movement. Not to be confused with Fist from Canada.
Fist was active from 1978 till 1984 and went active again in 2016.
