Canadian hard rock band, formed by Brian MacLeod and Ab Bryant in 1980, as a side project to Chilliwack.

The earliest recordings available are the two tracks released on the local Vancouver radio station CFOX's album [r3307222], after winning their “Battle of the Bands” competition in 1981.
In 1982 they released their debut album [m112447].

Disbanded in 1987.
Darby Mills formed Plain Jane, Darby Mills And The Unsung Heroes as well as having a solo career.
Brian MacLeod later reformed Headpins with original drummer Matt Frennette, soon to be replaced by Bernie Aubin again, and new singer Chrissy Steele.

Sadly, Brian MacLeod was diagnosed with cancer and died before a new album was finished. It was eventually released as Chrissy Steele’s debut album [m241104] in 1991.
