Isaac "Dickie" Freeman was an American gospel singer best known as the bass vocalist in Nashville's Fairfield Four. Born 1928, died 2012. Born in Johns, Alabama, he began singing professionally in 1946, at age 17, after he moved to Cleveland. He joined The Fairfield Four in 1948. The group broke up in 1950 and he joined The Skylarks until they disbanded in 1962. He rejoined The Fairfield Four when they reformed in 1980. He also sang with The Golden Tones and The Kings of Harmony.
