Juice Crew All Stars

The 'Juice Crew' is an American hip hop collective of artists from the boroughs of Queens and Brooklyn in New York City, who were mainly active in the mid-to-late 1980's.

Founded by 107.5FM WBLS radio DJ Mr. Magic and producer Marley Marl and housed by president's Len-Fichtelberg and Tyrone William's Cold Chillin' record label, the Juice Crew would introduce artists: Biz Markie, undefined, Kool G Rap & undefined, MC Shan, undefined, Debbie D, Roxanne Shanté, undefined aka Tragedy, Craig G, Masta Ace & Action, Big Daddy Kane, Mister Cee, Cool V, Scoob Lover & undefined and Grand Daddy I.U..

The crew produced many answer records and 'beefs', primarily with Kiss 98.7 FM rival radio DJ Kool DJ Red Alert and the South Bronx's Boogie Down Productions which started in 1986 with the release of MC Shan's [url=https://www.discogs.com/master/76838-M-C-Shan-Beat-Biter]'The Bridge'[/url] which then led to Boogie Down Productions's retaliation and answer record, [url=https://www.discogs.com/master/165281-DJ-Scott-La-Rock-Blastmaster-KRS-One-D-Nice-South-Bronx]'South Bronx'[/url], invoking and perpetuating the so-called 'Bridge Wars'.
