Maggat was a four-piece emo-hardcore band from Hersbruck, Germany. They were active from 1997 to 2001, releasing a solo 7", a split 7" with 125, Rue Montmartre, a full-length album, and an EP. Throughout their existence, their style evolved from a more intense, hardcore screamo sound to a more mellow, post-hardcore one. Roman played bass only on the band's first 7" in 1997; afterwards, he was replaced by Stefan.
