About

American band formed in 1984 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Original members were Stokley Williams, Homer O'Dell, Lawrence Waddell, Roger Lynch (Roger Troutman II son of Roger Troutman), Ray Coleman and Kenny Young. Lynch, Coleman and Young all left the group however and were replaced by schoolmates Keri Lewis (left the group to produce for other artists, such as his wife, singer Toni Braxton) and Jeffrey Allen along with Chicago native Ricky Kinchen.
