Nokturnal Mortum is a Ukrainian black metal band from Kharkiv. They were one of the founders of the Ukrainian black metal scene and pioneers in the early Nationalist black metal ("NSBM") scene. In 2014, the band released a statement distancing themselves from their previous racist and far-right political views. Though since then, they've still continued to play at shows with NSBM bands.
