(September 28, 1968 – March 30, 2008) Born in Cleveland, Ohio, son of Eddie Levert (The O'Jays). Sentenced to 22 months of prison in 2008 for failing to pay child support for three of his six children. Death on March 30th, 2008, 6 days after being admitted to jail (Cuyahoga County Correctional Facility). According to coroner's report his death was caused by complications from sarcoidosis, issues of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and withdrawal from Xanax. His wife won a lawsuit against Cuyahoga County and was awarded 4 million dollars.
